Modern Mexican restaurant, Maïz64, will offer a special dinner in their lower level Mezcal Room on Thursday, February 23rd. Signature dishes from Chef Alam Méndez Florián will be paired with various tequilas and mezcals, with explanations from Mireille Olivo. The dinner will feature five-courses, with some highlights including Guacamole, Hamachi Tostada, Green Pipian, and more.
