Chef Erik Bruner-Yang and Maketto are hosting Jing Gao for a book signing and release party for her first book The Book of Sichuan Chili Crisp: Spicy Recipes and Stories from Fly By Jing's Kitchen. Snacks and cocktails will be from Tim Ma, Ryan Ward, Matt Sperber, Paolo Dungca, and Julie Cortess. Tickets cost $80 without book and $120 with book + signing.
