The Fainting Goat's Special Menu In Honor Of Funk Parade

In honor of D.C.’s annual Funk Parade, The Fainting Goat, located along the parade route, will feature a live band beginning at 3:00 p.m., a special menu of shareable dishes and festive alcoholic juice boxes. The American-style tavern will offer signature items like Goat Cheese Fondue ($12) and their Burger with American cheese, Dijon, tomato jam, pickle ($16), as well as new dishes like Charred Rapini & Broccoli Dip ($9) with chili, garlic, pickled carrots and grilled bread; and Charcuterie Flatbread ($11) with chicken liver pate, salumi, pickled red onion, pickled mustard seeds and arugula. The Goat will also offer a Funkadelic Juice Box, mixed with Mezcal, cilantro simple syrup, orange liqueur, smoked jalapeno puree, and lime ($13).
