Three Thanksgiving Dinner Options

Executive Chef Sebastien Rondier and the Brabo Brasserie team have prepared a variety of options for you to celebrate in the restaurant or in the comfort of your own home. Staying true to what guests have come to expect from Brabo Brasserie over the last decade, Chef Sebastien has created a Family-Style Thanksgiving menu of American holiday favorites with a bit of French flair fitting for the French brasserie. New to 2019 is the option to pre-order a Traditional Turkey Dinner or Duck a l’Orange Dinner to enjoy at home. Also new is the recently launched Brabo Bar Grazing Table, which offers a casual holiday party that kicks off as soon as guests walk into the French brasserie. The Family-Style Thanksgiving Menu at Brabo Brasserie includes: 24-hour brined turkey roasted with garlic, herbs and rosemary gravy; grilled NY steak with Beurre Maître d'Hôtel; Baked Basquaise monkfish with spicy sausage and olives; duck confit salad with roasted beets, toasted pine nuts, arugula, and sherry dressing; old fashioned stuffing, fingerling mashed potatoes, green beans almondine, cranberry & red port jam, and baked sweet potatoes; fresh French baguette and salted butter; pumpkin cheesecake with whipped cream; seasonal berry cobbler with brown butter crumble; cinnamon ice cream. Pre-Ordered Traditional Turkey dinner serves 8-10 people and includes: 24-hour brined and roasted turkey (approximately 12 pounds), rosemary gravy, old fashioned stuffing, fingerling mashed potatoes, green beans almondine, cranberry and red port jam, and baked sweet potatoes. The Signature Duck a l’Orange dinner serves 2-4 people and includes: Duck a l’Orange with roasted duck breast and braised duck legs (approximately six pounds), grilled endive and radishes, and a tangy, citrus sauce. The Family-Style Thanksgiving Menu costs $75 per person and will be available from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 28. The Pre-Ordered Traditional Turkey Dinner costs $300 and is available for pre-order until Wednesday, November 20. The Signature Duck a l’Orange Dinner is $120 and is available for pre-order until Monday, November 25. Locals may pick up their pre-ordered dinners on Wednesday, November 27 from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. or on Thursday, November 28 from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Chef Sebastien will provide a personal note with reheating instructions for every turkey and duck order. For groups of 6-8 people looking for a casual holiday party, the Brabo Brasserie team will transform the bar’s communal table into a special spread of popular items from the French brasserie’s menu. The Brabo Bar Grazing Table includes a cheese & charcuterie selection with Tomme de Savoie, truffle burrata, herb sausage, country terrine, and fresh French baguettes; Chef Sebastien’s gourmet crostini du jour; classic Marinière Mussels and the Côte Basque Espellete Mussels; crispy frites with a variety of house-made sauces; and a bottle of house Champagne. This party package costs $200 and if the occasion calls for cake, you may add Chef Sebastien’s celebratory confetti cake for $8 per person.
