Enjoy Thanksgiving Day Dinner in French Style as Executive Chef Kevin Lalli and Sous Chef Dan Wood are preparing a très bien three-course Thanksgiving Dȋiner. The first-course options include: Autumn Baby Beets (chèvre, smoked apple, pecan),  Seared Sea Scallops (parsnip, passion fruit, pistachio), or Honey nut Squash Bisque (cardamom crème Fraiche, spiced pepitas). The second-course options include: Tradition Turkey Dinner (haricot vert, brioche stuffing, cranberry, potato puree, gravy), 16oz Kansas City Strip (Hasselback potato, brussels sprout, truffle jus), or Trout Almondine (haricot verts, brown butter). Desert options include: Pumpkin Cranberry Cheesecake (pepita brittle, graham cracker crumble), Pecan Pie Caramel (vanilla chantilly), or Heirloom Carrot Cake (white chocolate, orange, spiced cashews).  The dinner is $75 per person, and a children's menu will also be available.
