For those who love Chinese food on Christmas Day, Blagden Alley’s Cantonese restaurant Tiger Fork will be open serving both pre-fixe feasts and a la carte holiday specials to-go, serving beloved Hong Kong-inspired classics and signature dishes for take-out for those dining safely at home. Tiger Fork has curated the ultimate five-course holiday take-out feast featuring the restaurant’s popular smashed cucumber salad, the typically off-menu kowloon buns stuffed with spicy dairy cow beef, the signature mushroom & cream featuring five different soy-braised mushrooms and creamed tofu, sausage & prawn fried rice (vegetarian and vegan options available), and the Chinese BBQ platter of char siu roasted pork shoulder, BBQ soya quail, and crispy pork belly with ginger scallion sauce and pickled vegetables. Add-ons such as dessert, beverages like bottled sake, wine, beer and to-go cocktails, will be available to round out the Tiger Fork experience at home. For those who prefer to build their own dinner, Tiger Fork will also offer an a la carte menu of eight dishes from Executive Chef Jong Son, including the above options, plus a whole fried fish (currently black sea bass) with chengdu sauce, a medley of alliums and rice ($22), and desserts like the sweet red bean soup with red bean, sweet rice and sweet rice cakes ($6), and honey pear rice pudding with red poached pear, honey and rice pudding ($8). A la carte options will be available for take-out & delivery via DoorDash. The ultimate five-course holiday take-out feast is priced at $80 and feeds three to four people. Holiday feasts can be pre-ordered until 9:00 p.m. on December 24th (or until sold out). Tiger Fork will be open for take-out on Christmas Day for orders/pick-ups from 12:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. To place an order, please click here
