Trummer's Three-Course Holiday Celebration Dinner

Trummer's is offering a three-course holiday celebration dinner for dine-in guests this holiday season. To start your meal, choose between a chestnut soup with poached pear and celery root, honeycrisp apple salad with country ham, ashed camembert, and spiced pepitas, a butter lettuce wedge salad, and puff pastry baked brie with apple butter. Entrée options include a Seven Hill Farm prime rib with whipped potatoes, brussel sprouts and au jus, heritage honey baked ham with sweet potato mousse, braised kale, and lingonberry, roasted Norwegian salmon with farro, cauliflower and Meyer lemon, and a house made pappardelle with black trumpet mushrooms, cipollini onions and parmigiano reggiano. To round out the meal, the Trummer’s pastry team offers a pumpkin cheesecake, chocolate bourbon pecan pie, and a selection of house made ice creams & sorbets.
