Guests will join visiting Valrhona Corporate executive pastry chef Luke Frost, with Park Hyatt Washington D.C.’s pasty chef Colleen Murphy, and Blue Duck Tavern’s chef de cuisine Andrew Cleverdon. Each participant will explore afternoon tea fare, pastries, and exceptional chocolate delights while also enjoying single-origin teas curated by Palais des Thés. This unique experience is priced at $150 per person. It begins with a tea tasting, poured tableside of single-origin white, green, and black teas, guided by tea expert and food service manager Emilie Mena of Palais des Thés, and culminates with a second tasting of Oolong and Pu’erh.
