Welcome 2021 with a New Year’s Day Brunch To-Go. Executive Chef Jordi Gallardo and Executive Pastry Chef A.J. Thalakkat are creating a delectable menu to help you usher in the New Year with several palate pleasing choices. The New Year’s Day Brunch Menu includes: (Choose 1 per person) Breakfast Parfait, Overnight Soaked Oats with Seeds of Life, or Lola Rosa and Citrus Salad; (Choose 1 per person) Croissant, Cinnamon Bun, or Chocolate Twist Danish; (Choose 1 per person) Chicken and Waffles with Pepper Butter and Maple syrup, Scallions Biscuits with Succotash and Shrimp and Gravy, Burrito Ranchero with Spicy Jalapeño Crema, or Quiche Loraine, Greens Salad, and Citrus Dressing; (Choose 1 per person) Spice Bread Pudding with Citrus Wild berry Compote and Maple Syrup and Whipped Cream, Key Lime Pie, or Fairmont Washington D.C. Chocolate Cremeux with Fresh Berries and Raspberry Gel. The New Year’s Day Brunch includes a Mimosa Making Kits – A bottle of fresh orange Juice and a split of Mumm Brut Prestige Napa. Fairmont’s Welcome 2021 New Year’s Day Brunch is $55 per person with a minimum order of two, not including tax. Order must be placed by 12:00 p.m. on Monday, December 28.
