Capitol Hill's Barrel has launched a new Whiskey Dinner Series typically consisting of a five-course meal prepared by Executive Chef Walfer Hernandez, with each dish being paired with a featured whiskey brand. This month Chef Hernandez will feature Old Forester's Whiskey Row Collection, as well as Barrel's own Old Forester single-barrel barrel-proof bourbon. Included with your dinner ticket is a raffle entry to win a bottle of Barrel's Old Forester, valued at $275. Dinner tickets are available for $143 per person, include taxes and gratuity, and can be purchased here. Dinner will begin at 6:30 p.m.
