Wreath Making, Hot Toddies And Desserts

With the holidays fast approaching, Estuary and Conrad Washington DCwill partner with the talented team from She Loves Me for a seasonal wreath making class, complete with warming teas, toddies and afternoon treats. Flower and greenery experts from one of DC’s most creative boutique flower shops will deck the halls of Estuary’s light-filled Blue Willow Room for a workshop where guests learn how to make their own holiday wreaths, leaving with their completed personal creations. Techniques covered include color pairings, how to manipulate flowers into specific shapes, using floral wire and tape, and tips on how to locally source greenery and flowers. To keep the afternoon festive, an array of hot teas and toddies will be available, alongside holiday-inspired desserts. The event will run from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Tickets cost $85 and can be purchased here.
