WSET Level 1 Award in Wines Online & Live (Wine Samples Included) April 2022

This class covers the main types of wine, the most common grape varieties, wine service, storing and serving wine, tasting technique, how to describe the smell and taste of wine, and the basics of pairing food and wine. During the class, you will taste eight different wines. Those who pass the exam receive the WSET Level 1 Award in Wines. Includes all WSET study materials, wine tasting samples selected by Jay Youmans MW, online class session guided by a CWS instructor, and the examination. $375 per person. This one day course meets virtually via Zoom on Saturday, April 30th, 9:00 a.m. to 2:15 p.m. Participants will take the exam online via remote invigilation on Saturday, May 21 at 10:00 a.m. Pickup your samples by appointment April 29th between 12:00 and 5:00 p.m. For more information, please click here.
