The aim of the course is to provide a detailed analysis of the principal wines of the world. Students will also benefit from in-depth tastings where they will learn to identify product style and quality. Emphasis is given to tasting assessment skills. You will learn Wines of the World, and tasting & evaluating wines of the world. This 10-class course will be held at Capital Wine School on the following dates: February 11, 18, 25, March 3, 10, 17, 24, 31, April 7, 14; exam April 28. Each class meets from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Please note that the exam begins at 7:00 p.m., but students should plan to arrive by 6:30 p.m. This 10 class series plus exam is $1,395 per person.
