The Yume x Esaan x Otabe pop-up will feature a six-course dinner showcasing Japanese comfort food by Masako Morishita, Northeastern Thai food from Mclean destination Esaan and Japanese omakase from Saran “Peter” Kannasute, owner of Yume in East Falls Church. The Japanese-meets-Thai menu will be complemented by à la carte cocktails from each chef created to complement their courses alongside El Techo’s full bar menu.
