Where:

Online

The Heurich House Museum and the Bipartisan Policy Center are proud to present “Once Upon an American Dream,” a three-part panel series exploring the stages of the immigrant experience in America: migration, arrival, and integration. The final event’s discussion will focus on how immigrants of the past and present integrate into communities. Every immigrant’s journey to become an integral part of a new community is unique, and these stories will be explored in the culminating panel. The discussion will focus on the following questions: What is the “Great American Success Story” and what does it mean to achieve the “American Dream”? How did immigrants integrate in the past and how do they do so today? What are some of the challenges to integration and how can they be overcome? The event is free but a $15 donation is requested. The event will be from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. To donate and for more information please click here.
