After numerous pop ups, Patrick Coyne has found a permanent storefront for his dumpling company: Laoban Dumplings in Union Market. Currently patrons can pick up a selection of steamed dumplings made from house made dough, ginger-chicken, five-spice pork, cumin lamb, as well as a variety of vegetarian options. Laoban Dumplings is also serving up Chinese summer spring rolls and a chopped chicken salad. The shop currently offers drinks such as cold-brew mint-green tea and has just launched Laoban lager; a light, easy beer that pairs well with the dishes served. www.laobandumplings.com
