Chef Russell Blue Smith has opened his new concept Alfreda, a heartfelt tribute to his late grandmother, in Dupont Circle. Alfreda is a one-of-a-kind pizza experience dedicated to quality ingredients, while fostering connections with local producers, guests, and staff. The space at Alfreda features both indoor (60 seats) and outdoor (30 seats) seating. Chef Russell is collaborating with General Manager Evan Moore on this new project. Some menu highlights guests can get excited for include The Al' (Red Pie, No Cheese), The 'Freda' (Cheese Pie, No Sauce), The Alfreda (Plain Pie), and more.
