After tragically burning down more than a year ago, Reverie from Chef Johnny Spero has officially made its return in its original location in Georgetown. Inspired by Chef Spero's global travels, yet rooted in his Mid-Atlantic upbringing, Reverie is a fine-dining experience without the fuss. With only 36 seats, the Reverie experience is intimate and personal. Located in a hidden alleyway, the return of Reverie features an entirely new menu. The new tasting menu is a seafood and vegetable forward menu. Some classics guests can get excited for include Scallops, Lobster Tail, and Strawberry Gochujang Sorbet. The beverage program focuses on sustainable and low intervention wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic options.
