The luxurious Champagne + Sparkling Cocktail Bar & Lounge, Bar Jo, located on the third floor of the newly opened Josephine in Old Town Alexandria has officially opened. Bar Jo offers a selection of 12 sparkling wines by the glass, with a particular emphasis on Champagne and specially curated magnums. There are also 12 cocktails, with 8 of them featuring sparkling elements. The food menu at Bar Jo features snacks from Josephine's menu such as Escargot, Wagyu Steak Tartare, Pâté de Champagne, and more. There is also an extensive raw bar and cheese selection, with new menu items from Chef Matthew Cockrell expected to be added in the coming weeks.
