Owner Nick Dowling has officially reopened Blue Rock, formerly known as Blue Rock Inn, following a lengthy renovation. Blue Rock boasts five guest rooms, a new restaurant head by Chef Bin Lu, and a wine and spirits tasting room where guests can enjoy wine, beer, and cocktails from around the world. This 80-acre equestrian themed property is led under General Manager Liz Carpenter, and overloooks the Blue Ridge Mountains and is a modern take on the classic country inn. Blue Rock has the space to hold events up to 100 people. The restaurnt will feature American staples and guests can enjoy their food on the extensive patio.
