A new Colada Shop has opened in Fairfax's Mosaic District this inside the new 'Bloomie's', Bloomingdale's smaller store concept. This 900 square-foot space seats up to 21 guests indoor as well as 36 patio seats. Led by Executive Chef Mario Monte, guests can enjoy reinterpreted and classic Cuban cuisine, similar to the menu found at Colada Shop's sister restaurants in D.C. and Maryland. Each Colada Shop space is designed unique, with the goal of corresponding to the neighborhood it is located in.
