Caruso's Grocery, a 65-seat stand alone restaurant, will be has opened across from the Roost. This new concept is modeled after the classic, Italian-American red sauce joint, serving guests with classic dishes. Guests can also enjoy the beverage program at this new spot, featuring a classic and accessible list of wines and cocktails. Wines are available by the glass, carafe, and bottle, along with a short reserve list. The beer list consists of a small collection of Italian-style dry-hopped pills and sours.
