Chef Mike Friedman along with his team from All-Purpose Pizzeria, The Red Hen, and Boundary Stone have opened a new restaurant, AP Pizza Shop, in Bethesda, Maryland. AP Pizza is a love letter to the pizzerias of Chef Friedman's youth in New York and New Jersey. The new restaurant offers deck oven slices, as well as innovative pizzas and Italian-American antipasti. Some menu highlights from the lunch and dinner menus include Broccoli Calabrese Salad, Mozzarella en Carozza, Roasted Garlic Knots, and more. A kids menu is also available at AP Pizza Shop. AP Pizza Shop is open Sunday - Thursday from 5:00 - 9:00 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 11:30 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. For more information, visit their website here.
