DŌGON BY KWAME ONWUACHI

Chef Kwame Onwuachi has opened his new DC restaurant, Dōgon, along the Southwest Waterfront at Salamander Washington DC. The new concept is inspired by DC Surveyor Benjamin Banneker and his heritage to the West African Dogon tribe. The restaurant serves vibrant cuisine through an Afro-Caribbean lens and draw from Onwauchi's Nigerian, Jamaican, Trinidadian, and Creole background. The space features indoor, bar, and outdoor seating options for guests. Dōgon is open Tuesday - Saturday from 5:00 - 10:00 p.m. For more information, click here.
