The management team at 1789 has opened a sibling cocktail bar, Fitzgerald's, in Georgetown. This new concept focuses on classic drinks, rare Japanese wishkey pours, and drinking snacks. Located next-door to 1789, this two-story concept features menu highlights such as herbed truffle fries, calamari, Korean chicken wings, and more. Pastry Chef Erin Garcia serves up the desserts at this spot and longtime bar director and general manager Brian Zipin is assisting with Fitzgerald's as well. There are 70 seats available at Fitzgerald's, with an ambiance that invokes the old Georgetown feel.
