Restauranteur Hakan Ilhan has officially opened his new concept, Il Piatto, located in the space formerly home to Mirabelle. Lina Nicolai serves as the Executive Chef for this new restaurant, helping to serve an approachable Italian menu that is a modern take on classic Italian cuisine. Some menu highlights guests can get excited for include Fettucine alla Bolognese, Meatball Cacciatore, Chicken Parmesean, and more. Starters range in price from $10.00 to $15.00, and the entreès are priced at $19.00 to $35.00. Ilhan has also prepared a beverage menu for Il Piatto, offering wines from both Italy and America, ranging from $35.00 to $250.00 for bottles and $11.00 to $21.00 by the glass. The 4,300 square-foot restaurant seats 100 guests in the main dining room and an additional 22 guests at the bar. A private dining room is available that can hold up to 30 guests, as well as a seasonal outdoor patio that seats 60 guests. Il Piatto is open for Lunch Monday through Friday from 11:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m., and Dinner is served nightly from 4:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m.; For more information, visit their website here.
