The former partners of Alexandria's Royal Nepal restaurant, Dip Raj Jarga Magar and Turk Gurung, have opened a new restaurant, Himalayan Wild Yak, in Ashburn's Brambleton Town Center. The menu is filled with traditional Nepalese dishes based on recipes from the founders who are all from Nepal. Some menu options include yak, lamb, goat, chicken, and more. An expansive wine and program is also available at this 5,000 square-foot restaurant.
