The team behind acclaimed YUME Sushi has expanded their footprint into DC this with their newest concept KYOJIN by YUME in Georgetown. KYOJIN features a broader menu of Executive Chef and Co-Owner Chef Saran "Peter" Kannasute's sushi and omakase, along with spirit-driven cocktails and an extensive sake menu. The menu at KYOJIN will feature some of the same options as YUME Sushi, but the full kitchen will allow for the culinary team to add hot dishes and other special offerings. Andrew Lamkin leads the beverage menu at this 4,700 square-foot restaurant, where he pulls much of his inspiration for drinks from the kitchen. The space seats up to 130 guests and features a sushi bar and sake counter. Guests can also get excited for a reservation-only, omakase dining experience dubbed The Counter DC to open as an extension of the space; For more information, visit their website here.
