Guests can get excited to enjoy their healthy, gluten-free, build-your-own 'Bol' concept of greens, grains, and proteins. The restaurant operates as a fast-casual dining experience, with corporate and special event catering available as well. Bolay Falls Church is led by General Manager, Erik Ashton.
