Chef Rob Rubba’s latest endeavor, Oyster Garage, brings community together with natural wines (vegan, natural, biodynamic, and organic), local Oysters on the half shell, rotating Sicilian Grandma Slices, and a beer collaboration with Eastern Shore’s Black Narrows Brewery (saison Boojum Sleeping). Rubba sourced and foraged local indigenous branches to make that beer collaboration with longtime friend/owner Josh Chapman. Oyster Garage, which holds up to 20 guests at a time, opens at 5:00 p.m. just in time for happy hour. There are no reservations required at this new concept.
