After being closed for over a year due to the pandemic, Chef Edward Lee has reopened Succotash Penn Quarter as Succotash Prime, with a slightly new look. Succotash Prime will serve as a steak house with an asian twist. This 10,000 square-foot space can seat up to 350 guests and will initially only open for dine in. Weekend brunch is available and guests can enjoy menu options such as Nashville Hot Fried Oysters and Dirty Fried Chicken.
