TACO BAMBA: GAITHERSBURG

Chef Victor Albisu officially opened his eight Taco Bamba location and second in Montgomery County in the Quince Orchard shopping center. This 2,900 sqaure-foot space features indoor seating, as well as a full-service bar and seasonal patio seating. Similar to the other Taco Bamba locations, this new Gaithersburg location features a brand new menu that is inspired by the neighborhood, as well as having all-day breakfast and free coffee until noon. Some menu options unique to the Gaithersburg location guests can get excited for include tacos stuffed with berbere-spiced beef barbacoa, barbeque pork shoulder and fried chicken, a spaghetti quesadilla, and more.
