The Howard Hughes Corporation has officially welcomed, The Collective, to Downtown Columbia's Lakefront District. This new locally owned and operated entertainment and dining concept is comprised of the coastal restaurant, Offshore, and the live music venue, Encore, both operated by husband and wife teams: Stacy Samaras and Randy Smith, alongside Josh and Joyce Butts.
