The class of 2020 may have missed out on some of the traditions and rituals that go along with the accomplishment of graduating. They may not be able to walk across the stage or throw their cap in the air but, we can celebrate them deliciously:


Chaia

Casper’s recommended pairings for the meal include Marc Hebrart Brut Champagne, 1er Cru Rose ($72), Gaja, Ca' Marcanda 'Vistamare', Toscano Bianco 2017 ($75), and Antinori 'Pian delle Vigne' Brunello di Montalcino 2014 ($81). The Graduation Gift Basket ($125) features a selection of gifts including a “Congratulations Graduate” coffee mug, a marble flask, and more.
