Lamb Lovers, Rejoice: Lamb Jam D.C. Hits Autoshop This May

Buzz

Get ready to jam out with your lamb out, because the 2025 Lamb Jam Happy Hour Tour is making its D.C. stop on Tuesday, May 21st at Autoshop in Union Market, and you don’t want to miss a bite.

Presented by the American Lamb Board, Lamb Jam is a coast-to-coast celebration of the bold flavor and versatility of American lamb, spotlighting the chefs who know how to cook it best. After months of showcasing creative lamb bites at top restaurants, the Lamb Jam Happy Hour Tour brings all the heat (and the meat) together for one flavorful night.

And yes, this year’s D.C. chef lineup is straight fire. Prepare your palate for lamb-forward creations from:

Chef Rakesh Singh of Rasika
Chef Erik Bruner-Yang of Maketto
Chef Ryan Moore of Sababa
Chef Simon Lam of Tiger Fork
Chef Amy Brandwein of Centrolina
Chef Michael Costa of Zaytinya
Chef Harrison Dickow of Ellē
Chef Demetri Mechelis of Martha Dear

Expect an evening full of juicy bites, craft sips, live music, and American Lamb swag. You’ll even get to vote for your favorite dish to help crown the D.C. Lamb Jam champ.

A portion of the proceeds supports World Central Kitchen, the global nonprofit founded by Chef José Andrés, delivering fresh meals to communities in need. For tickets & info here
