SABABA, DC’s hip and culturally rich modern Israeli restaurant, will celebrate Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year by offering a special tasting menu, which will be available for in-house, carryout, and delivery. Chef Ryan Moore honors the traditional ingredients of this holiday, which symbolize a wish or blessing for prosperity and health in the coming year. You will find Chef incorporating apple, honey, challah bread, and brisket for this special menu.
