18th Annual Alexandria Warehouse Sale

The 18th Annual Alexandria Boutique Warehouse Sale returns in a walkable format once again to maintain social distance while shopping for the best deals. The popular longest-running winter affair will take place over two days the weekend of February 5th and 6th, 2022, throughout Old Town. The sale, which will be comprised of over sixty independent boutiques will take place in stores, pop-up tents, and open retail space along King Streets and select side streets. Old Town Boutique District sponsor Kristen Jones Real Estate will mark participating businesses with event balloons. Shoppers are sure to find the best deals from Alexandria and the region’s finest retailers, indie brands, clothing, shoes, jewelry, home furnishings, and more. Attendees will get to shop from this wide variety of local brands at up to eighty percent off retail prices. The hours will vary by store and free parking is available all weekend. Participating businesses will also have QR code stations and tents where shoppers can download the sale map and plot out their shopping plans or favorite spots to visit. In addition, Alexandria’s own Made in ALX will also be hosting over twenty-five regional etsy-style makers in ALX Community’s Waterfront location (201 N. Union Street) where there will be everything from pet products, jewelry, leather goods, paintings, beauty, and much more.

Free parking will be available on both Saturday and Sunday at select garages Thompsons Alley Garage (10 Thompsons Alley), 220 N. Union Street Garage, Market Square Garage (108 N.
