In this interactive cooking class, Marianne Tshihamba serves up dishes inspired by her travels from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Take a trip to Morocco. Learn to make one of the most famous Moroccan stews and your own preserved lemons. This chicken Moroccan stew will fill you up with cozy and anti-inflammatory spices such as turmeric and cumin. Chef Tshihamba will also walk you through a recipe for preserved lemons, a common condiment in Morocco. The flavor goes well with any savory dish, but especially fish, olives, and all vegetables. Lastly, the hearty dish will be accompanied by a fresh carrot salad and refreshing mint tea to top it off! Complimentary beer and wine are included in the price of the course.
