Joey from Old Westminster Winery joins the first-ever #SofraPairingTakeover. Five wines have been selected from one of Maryland's most dynamic wineries to pair with Chef Rafidi's guided Journey Through Levantine Cooking. Old Westminster is pushing to redefine how the story of Mid-Atlantic winemaking will read, crafting minimal intervention wines from meticulously farmed vineyards.
