Albi'cue Memorial Day Cookout
The Albi'cue menu from Chef Michael Rafidi features ready-to-grill, shawarma-style kebabs (lamb leg, kefta, harissa chicken, and mushroom) with grilling tips and instructions, pickles, condiments, and a selection of Levantine sides and sweets. The meal is $50 per person and for takeout from 5/22 to 5/24 (add on a full rack of pomegranate pork ribs for $38). It is available to pre-order online here.
