Albi'cue Memorial Day Cookout
The Albi'cue menu from Chef Michael Rafidi features ready-to-grill, shawarma-style kebabs (lamb leg, kefta, harissa chicken, and mushroom) with grilling tips and instructions, pickles, condiments, and a selection of Levantine sides and sweets.
