Join the Amity & Commerce team for a delicious two, three or four-course meal complete with starters like Foie Gras & Chestnut Soup with smoked bacon, and tarragon Chantilly cream and Ahi Tuna & Crispy Sweetbreads with caramelized onion, parsnip puree and pinot reduction, followed by entrees including Sausage Stuffed Bone-In Duroc Pork Chop with carrots, cornichon, smoked bacon, potato puree and ghent mustard, Pan Roasted Rohan Duck Breast & Confit Leg Tartlet with butternut squash puree, golden beets and duck jus and Forest Mushroom Risotto with maitake & royal mushrooms. The celebratory meal ends with pastry chef Claus Olsen’sChristmas Chocolate Log made with chocolate cake, chocolate mousse, ganache frosting and sugar mushrooms or a traditional Apple Crumblewith a vanilla tart, apple compote and vanilla sauce.
