An Afternoon of Rare Tea Masters of Food & Wine at Park Hyatt Washington

This culinary gathering salutes the ingredients, flavors, and talents of local chef,s regional artisans, and sommeliers. Guests will join tea specialists Emilie Mena of Palais des Thés and Yunhan Zhang of Valley Brook Tea along with the folks from Blue Duck Tavern for an exploration of rare, single origin teas. This unique tea-tasting experience is priced at $150 per person, which includes the demonstration on single origin teas. The experience is followed by a reception where guests will enjoy small bites paired with tea cocktails. Attendees will also take home a gâteau de voyage cake made by Chef Bertoia, a tea selection by Palais des Thés and Valley Brook, a Park Hyatt Washington DC tea mug and recipe book.
