St. Anselm is celebrating Independence Day with a BBQ-inspired all-day menu featuring Chef Marjorie Meek-Bradley’s take on the holiday’s staple dishes such as St. Louis ribs with potato salad and coleslaw, smoked beef brisket with milk bread, coleslaw, and burnt ends baked beans, and grilled hot dogs with watermelon. Sip liquid nostalgia with a frosty rainbow sherbet punch made with housemade sherbet, topped with champagne while donning St. Anselm swag.
