The Sovereign will host Fox Farm Brewery co-founders, Dave and Zack Adams for a special tasting through 5 of their Belgian-inspired offerings.
In 2017, Zack opened Fox Farm Brewery with his wife Laura and brother Dave, in Salem, Connecticut. Situated on a former dairy farm, they transformed the property into a state-of-the-art brewery and tasting room, creating a unique farm-to-glass experience. They have garnered acclaim for their dedication to traditional brewing methods, local ingredient sourcing, and a deep connection to the agricultural roots of the land.
This intimate tasting will showcase five of Fox Farm's remarkable Belgian-inspired beers, while Zack and Dave regale you with the stories of their brewery. This includes a full 10 oz. welcome pour of Pebble, their lower-abv table beer, a Norwegian-style farmhouse ale, and a variety of spontaneously-fermented ales. Tickets cost $35 per person.
