Following the opening of Sushi Masato, Raymond and Amy Yu will debut The One Cake, a separate Japanese-inspired dessert concept located alongside the restaurant. Designed as its own destination, The One Cake will specialize in handcrafted Japanese-style cakes, signature mille crepe cakes and premium soft serve featuring authentic Asian tea flavors such as Matcha and Oolong, along with rotating seasonal offerings. Guests will be able to stop in for dessert on its own or enjoy it following a meal at Sushi Masato.
