Join Chef Eric Ziebold and Alexandre Bader on Thursday, March 17th at Métier for a four-course tasting menu paired with the wines of Billecart-Salmon. Experience the versatile food pairing possibilities by this highly regarded boutique house as Managing Director Alexandre Bader discusses the range of styles produced along with the history of the house. Chef Eric Ziebold will address his approach to matching the food to the four wines that are featured throughout the evening, which will include Brut Nature, Cuvée Nicolas François 2007, Brut Sous Bois (from magnum), and Brut Rosé (from magnum). All parties will be at individual tables, not a communal table. The dinner will be starting as scheduled so we ask that all guests arrive promptly so as not to miss out on part of the experience. $295 per person. Prepaid reservation for parties of two to six.
