Billecart-Salmon Dinner at Tremolo Bar

Join Tremolo Bar for an incredible evening with a seventh generation, family-owned Champagne house. Pierre Chicportiche from Champagne Billecart-Salmon will be joining for an amazing night of Champagne at Tremolo Bar. The newly minted 'Le Reserve' will start off the evening's pairings. They will move into two courses paired with 'Le Rosé' and 'Le Sous Bois'. These will be followed by a duo of chiseled wines from the Cotes de Blancs, Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs and the Cuvée Louis Salmon 2012.
