Black Truffle Dinner

Via Umbria's truffle dogs have been busily finding Winter Black Truffles, the beautiful and well perfumed Tuber Melanosporum. Black Truffles are one of Italy's most prized delicacies and Chef Simone is a master cooking with them. Drawing on the Umbrian tradition of simplicity and freshness but demonstrating his own innovativeness Chef Simone has created a menu with each course playing on its unique taste and pairing qualities. You will be joined at every course for a description of each dish–feel free to ask questions. Each Dinner at the Chef's Table is an opportunity to immerse yourself in the things we value here at Via Umbria: great food, great wine, great people! Tickets are $125.
