Bodegas Arrayán is located in central Spain, between Madrid and Toledo. Practicing organic farming and natural winemaking, they focus on small-production, terroir-driven indigenous Spanish grape varieties. Their high-altitude vineyards sit on the slopes of the Sierra de Gredos mountain range, adding extra elegance and finesse to their wines.
