Guests will enjoy a sophisticated, seated dinner party showcasing Michelin Star chef Marcelle Afram's versatile use of unexpected ingredients. A decadent three-course meal will be paired with delicious wines and a discussions on the anatomy and physiology of the (animal) body parts being devoured, led by Dr. Jonathan Reisman.
